Halloween was celebrated in New York City from the East Village to 23rd Street along 6th Avenue and all along the side walks in Lower and Mid Manhattan. This was a legendary NYC Village Halloween parade for 2009. The costume party was on! People were dressed in every comic book character, geometric shape and perverse perception as diverse as the city itself. From Spiderman to Wonder Woman, a walking toilet bowl to a burning Death's Head, this Village parade had it all. A special SHOUT OUT to the NYPD and FDNY, these guys and gals did a fabulous job keeping the peace and making us safe while letting the PARTY PEOPLE, PARTY!!!! You saw Harlem meet Chelsea, Brooklyn meet The Bronx. Girls, guys and WHATEVER were walking the streets doing their thing with no hesitation or reservation. NYC partied and strutted their stuff during this Village parade celebration. The NYC Village parade set the bar real high for the rest of the party season. And now it's time for the PAPARAZZI to do its thing. Check out the pictures and enjoy. Read my blog at
